Ordered at 19.45 rang the shop at 8.54 20 mins past delivery time waited another hour called them back to see what was happening lady on the phone says waiting for kebab to cook and Ano Ano sorry is not really any help no offer of compensation or discount either and couldn't even speak to a manager terrible

Absolutely shocking, well over 2 hours for delivery. Stated it was out for delivery at 8pm after 1hr wait, then recieved a phone call saying there was no shwarma after it told us it was already out. They said it would be ten more minutes, still no order, rang again they said 5 minutes half an hour later still no order. Wouldn't waste my money again. Going on 3 hours and still no order.

Ordered at 8.30pm. Food didn't arrive until 10.30pm after contacting the shop who at first said they couldn’t find the order. Kebab box was missing so called again to be told the driver forgot it but they would remake and have it out in 8 minutes?! Weird timing since it contained chicken. This arrived at nearly 11pm. Chicken looked questionable and I have been ill all night. £30 was not a bad price but I’ll never order again.

Not happy at all. Ordered at 9.50pm recieved at 11.55! All chips stone cold! Fullsize parmos chicken was solid! Kebab meat chips was stone cold ordered large it was a portion to feed a toddler. And last but not least ordered my 8yr old plain jane chicken wings but they were spicey!! He couodnt eat so had to make him food at midnight!! Order was a wasted £30

got a collection time for 35 minutes from ordering. Got to the shop and they asked me to wait a further 10 minutes so I did. Ended up waiting for 40 minutes in the shop, the staff were joking on, laughing ect acting like the shops a joke, not professional at all. people were actually phoning up cancelling their orders for taking too long and the staff just laughed about it after and said if they ring back don’t answer. I ordered a 7’ pizza, 2 wraps, chicken wings, a waffle & a brownie. The waffle is raw and inedible, the brownie is like cake, wraps are ridiculously tiny and there’s no chicken in the wings it’s literally batter. The shop may be cheap, but clearly has its reasons for that.
